TRYOUT INFORMATION

Coaches, along with independent tryout evaluators, will assess players at each tryout session.  Tryouts will begin in late August- early September for the 17U and 18U Black teams.  All other team tryouts will take place  in late November- early December.  Two initial tryout sessions are guaranteed for each player.

• Following the first two tryouts, players will be either be:
• selected to the team
• asked to attend a call back for that team for further assessment
• be advised to continue with tryouts for a different team (eg. Green team selection.)

Please communicate with your coaches or the King's club if you will miss a tryout or call back.

 

TRYOUT INSTRUCTIONS

Check in for the first tryout session will begin 30 minutes prior to the tryout time. 

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early for all other tryout session to check in, get changed, and warm up prior to the court time. 

Please ensure you have appropriate volleyball gear for you tryout sessions.

• gym attire (shorts/ t-shirt- no buttons/ zippers)
• clean indoor court shoes
• water bottle

must be provided to King's staff at the first tryout**
